New Enhancements to Traditional Appraisal Products!
Appraisal Sciences has just released two critical improvements to our comprehensive suite of valuation products--Appraisal DNA and 360 Valuations. Both products now come standard with many of the optional add-ons like additional comparables and full satellite imagery at no extra charge to our contract clients. Now more than ever lenders and investors alike need the extra protection found in high quality collateral valuation products.

Appraisal Sciences visited historic Boston, Massachusetts for the 2008 Mortgage Bankers Association, Annual Secondary Conference. Keynote speakers included U.S. Rep. Barney Frank, Chairman of the U.S. House Committee on Financial Services, and CNBC Host Ron Insanna. Meetings with the Sr. Director of OFHEO and representatives from both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were very productive while advocating against the rush to over-regulate the appraisal industry in favor of politically expedient policies that consumers will bear the costs of. 05.02.08 Pacific Northwest Coverage Completed!
Appraisal Sciences has reached our goal of Covering All Western States in the contiguous United States! With the addition of both Oregon and Washington, Appraisal Sciences has now expanded our geographic footprint to over 10 states west of the Mississippi! We are very pleased to have a solid presence now for both field and desk appraisal work anywhere along the West Coast in such a short amount of time.

Appraisal Sciences is now a fully Certified FHA Appraisal Review firm. The recent certification is seen as an ever-evolving process in which our services and offerings adapt to meet the needs of our lender clients.

Appraisal Sciences expands coverage into Hawaii with it's full suite of Appraisal Review products now covering the beautiful state of Hawaii. After several recent requests by our lender clients, we now are able to fully service their collateral valuation needs with the same high level of service they are used to in the contiguous United States.

On Friday January 18th, 2008, Appraisal Sciences added even more resources to our coverage in the expansive Inland Empire region of California. The coverage expansion now allows our appraisers to reach as far east as Palm Springs, CA at local coverage rates and turn times--Saving you hundreds of dollars in trip fees and delivery delays.

Appraisal Sciences expanded coverage into the Las Vegas real estate market for our clients. The past several years have witnessed unprecedented price appreciation and growth in the desert oasis, but recently that trend has reversed itself almost completely.
